Absolutely not! There are multiple amazing spots in the Wadi Rum desert. Thus you will visit different places during one full day tour and the other one.

Our Wadi Rum Desert base camp is extremly kids friendly! Contrary to other camps, we have the lucky of being always sun kissed, because we are located on Um Sabath Dune. One of the best spot of wadi rum to watch the sunset. Honestly, it is also very funny to roll down the dune – an activity for both adults and kids 🙂 – Moreover, around our camp there is a little mountain that kids can explore with their parents. The hike is easy, the view is very nice and behind the mountain there are a lot of spots to discover like the old caves where beduin use to storage food.

We chose to don’t allow guests to reach the camp with their car. Firstly because we are the most remote camp in wadi rum, far away from wadi rum village. Secondly because in the desert there is no phone signal or internet, and we do not want to accept the risk that some guests might get lost. Thirdly, because our location is extremly beautiful. The camp is located in an amazing spot and we do not want our paradise to become a parking where people arrive at any timen with car lights or noise. Peace and tranquillity is our priority.

No problem! (I need to eat glutent free as well). At the camp we will serve eggs, vegetables, local dishes (made of beans and vegetables), rice, meat, cheese, and the bread is served separately. If you are a “Bread Lover”, bring some gluten free bread with you if you wish because in wadi rum village the shops do not sell glutent free products.

Jebel Um Ad Dami is the most difficult one among the three choices, because it is the highest mountain in Wadi Rum (even if the view is amazing). Jebel Al Hash and Burdah Bridge are easier (a lot of less fatigue). Between these last two, you need to choose if you wish a nice view, or to take a picture on a bridge made of rock.

Yes you can! We propose the most liked packages on our website. But in the section BOOK NOW, you can add all the tours that you wish and you can do any tour on the day that you prefer. Morever, you can send us in any moment, we can organize for you also the hot air balloon in wadi rum and climbing activity.

In January and February is quite cold (5° at night). You will always need a quite heavy jacket, especially if you wish to stargaze at night. But inside the tents you will find a lot of cover and the temperature is warm. In winter, once in a while it rains (local beduins are very happy when this happen). Also, after the rain the desert is beautiful.

We have many tours and activities! But we kindly suggest you also to relax, enjoy the silence, the view from our camp, and the peace 🙂

We are the most remote camp in Wadi Rum Desert, far away from light pollution and the lights of the city. You can stargaze around the camp or direcly from the private patio of our Deluxe Luxury Tent.
